Why I Believe in the Mind-Body Approach
Stress, overwhelm, and burnout are more than just mental experiences – they manifest physically in the body. Over time, I’ve come to realise that when we don’t acknowledge the connection between mind and body, lasting change becomes harder to achieve. These emotional and mental tensions often take root in the body, and this understanding has deeply shaped my approach.
By combining coaching with movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, I’ve found that true transformation happens when we reconnect with our bodies. It’s not about fixing or correcting – it’s about feeling, listening, and releasing in a way that fosters lasting change. This is how we begin to build balance, clarity, and resilience – not only in our minds but throughout our entire being.
