Yoga and movement are more than physical exercises; they are pathways to self-discovery and holistic well-being. Through mindful practices, we cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner harmony, fostering a deeper connection between body and mind.

Whether you’re curious about yoga, longing for a break from the demands of daily life, or looking to explore your physical boundaries – I’m here to support you on your journey.
Yoga is a holistic practice for both body and mind. It promotes not only physical strength, balance and flexibility, but also inner calm and mental clarity. By combining breath control, meditation and a variety of postures, yoga offers a comprehensive approach that supports physical health while also having a positive impact on emotional wellbeing.
Natural Movement is a concept focused on restoring natural, evolutionary movement patterns. It helps improve functional fitness and supports the body’s innate ability to move with ease, adaptability and efficiency.

This is your space to explore, move and reconnect
What matters is how it feels – not how it looks. Whether you’re seeking energy, calm, release or grounding, you’re welcome just as you are. No experience required. Just curiosity, presence, and a willingness to listen to your body.
FAQs
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to take part. I tailor each session to the needs of the group and offer both simple and more advanced variations, so you can practise at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.
How much time should I plan for a yoga session?
For the best experience and lasting benefits, I recommend sessions of at least 60 minutes. Sessions lasting 75 or even 90 minutes are quite common – giving you more space for depth, integration and relaxation. This allows you to fully arrive, immerse yourself in the practice, and experience its positive effects on both body and mind.
What do I need for a yoga session?
A yoga mat: For comfort and stability during the practice.
Comfortable clothing: Something that allows you to move freely and breathe with ease.
Water: To stay hydrated during or after the session.
For some yoga styles – especially slower or more restorative ones – it can also be helpful to have additional props such as yoga blocks, pillows, bolster or blankets to support your body and deepen your practice. I’ll always let you know in advance what you need for a session. And if you have any special requirements related to your health or body, feel free to reach out – I’m happy to adapt the practice to support you.
What do I need for a Natural Movement session?
Comfortable clothing: Something that allows you to move freely and without restriction.
Water: To stay hydrated during or after the session.
An open mindset: A willingness to explore new movement patterns, reconnect with your body, and learn through experience.
No previous experience is needed – just curiosity and a readiness to move.
Do I need to be flexible to practise yoga or Natural Movement?
Not at all. Flexibility is not a requirement – it’s something that can develop over time through regular practice. Both yoga and Natural Movement are accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels, and the exercises can always be adapted to suit your individual needs.
